  • A deposit is typically required to begin work. The remaining balance is due on project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding) and access credentials in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any material provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright and trademarks.
  • Respond to communication promptly to avoid delays in project timelines.

5. Website Content & Accuracy

While we build websites to your specifications, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before launch. We are not liable for any errors or omissions once a project is signed off.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation, any completed work to date must be paid for in full.
  • Equisite reserves the right to cancel a project in the event of non-cooperation, unreasonable delays, or non-payment.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

  • Hosting and maintenance are not automatically included unless specified in your package.
  • If you choose to host your site independently, we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party hosting providers.
  • Ongoing updates, backups, or content changes are only provided if included in a maintenance plan.

8. Liability

  • Equisite will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the website.
  • We make no guarantees regarding website performance, rankings, or traffic, although we follow best practices in design and SEO.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting issues, security breaches, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All custom website designs, layouts, and code remain the intellectual property of Equisite until full payment has been received.
  • Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website design will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party software or licensed assets.

10. Changes to Terms

Equisite reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
